This service includes comprehensive physical exams as well as treatment of both acute and chronic and illnesses. Services offered include in-house blood draws, EKG’s as well as a variety of other tests.
Medication Management
Medication management is patient-centered care that optimizes safe, effective, appropriate drug therapy. Medication management is a critical component of ensuring safe medication use.
Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling is a one-on-one discussion between a counselor and a client. The goal of Individual Counseling is to help you to cope with addiction, mental health, trauma, and stresses that can cause anxiety and depression.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
This service is to aid and assist, in combination with Counseling and behavioral therapies, in the treatment of Opioid Use Disorders (OUD).
Medical Marijuana Certifications
We offer both initial and renewal certifications for the State of Connecticut Medical Marijuana Program (MMP). A Medical Marijuana certification is available for current patients of the practice that have a “bona fide” provider-patient relationship and meet all requirements regarding eligibility.
Telemedicine Services
Telemedicine is a 2-way video and audio communication. This visit is between you and your healthcare provider via an electronic device such as a Smartphone, tablet, laptop, or PC.
